The pairings for the 2007 CUNYAC/Con Edison Men’s Basketball Championships are complete after one of the conference’s wildest regular-season races concluded on Saturday.  In fact, four teams (City Tech, Hunter, Lehman, John Jay) finished with the exact conference record of 6-7. Those seeds were determined by the combined head-to-head records against each other. Medgar Evers was eliminated on the final day after being upset by Brooklyn, 88-81

York (10-3 CUNYAC) won the South Division and is the #1 overall seed and Baruch (8-5) took the North Division but will only be the #3 seed.

Below is the entire quarterfinal slate for Sunday, February 18th at CCNY.

12:00 pm          #1 York vs. #8 Hunter

2:15 pm            #4 CCNY vs. #5 City Tech

4:45 pm            #3 Baruch vs. #6 John Jay

7:00 pm            #2 CSI vs. #7 Lehman

The semifinals will be held on February 21st (5:30 pm/7:45 pm) and the finals will take place on February 23rd at 7:45 pm.
