The City University New York Athletic Conference is celebrating the kick off of its Spring Championships with a month of social network challenges! The monthlong challenge, running from Tuesday, April 1st through Wednesday, April 30th, will give followers of CUNYAC’s Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter accounts a chance to win VIP seating at upcoming spring championship events. A winner will be announced on each social network daily and all winners will be invited to the 2014 CUNYAC Baseball Championship at MCU Park to help celebrate CUNYAC's first ever Automatic Qualifier to the NCAA Baseball Championship.

During each day of the challenge, participants will post a photo that fits the day’s description using #CUNYACCHALLENGE as well as that day’s assigned hashtag. These challenges will give fans an opportunity to interact with their favorite teams, sponsors, and each other. Any individual who participates on any given day is eligible to win; however to receive the prize, a person must email cunyacchampionship@gmail.com within 24 hours with their contact information for further follow-up.

The winning challenges each day will be chosen based on creativity, uniqueness and how much CUNY Spirit is captured. In addition to being featured on the CUNYAC Instagram account, selected photos, including all winning images, may be featured on the CUNYAC website and on other social media platforms like Facebook and Twitter. All winners are selected by the Championship Fan Interaction staff.

Tickets are now available for purchase for all spring Championship events through the CUNY website. Points will be awarded under the StudentsFirst Rewards Program to any students from CUNY institutions who attend these championship events. If you haven’t already signed up for this program, enrollment is free and easy. The program promotes presence at CUNYAC events and gives students the chance to win prizes such as laptops, tablets, gift cards, and even free tuition for a year! Click here for more information.
